Sailing in the Maldives

Our new friend Steve Savage took this video of our sailing trip in the Maldives. What a fantastic voyage! We sailed the crystalline waters and swam with sharks, rays, turtles and tons of other fish. We watched dolphins play in the sea and turn like spinning tops in the air. This was definitely the best way to start the new year.

Yorkshire, England

Driving between villages in Yorkshire on a very narrow 2-way street in our "beast", the Tiki Den. By the way, the speed limit is 60 mph!

Belize

Beautiful eagle rays in Belize. We got to night snorkel with them. Epic! One of our favorite moments on this trip. They are so silent and swim with such grace.

Grand Canyon

We've been to the Grand Canyon before but never like this. We camped a half mile from where the canyon is at its narrowest point, Toroweep Overlook. It took us a little over 2-hours on dirt roads but it was well worth it! The Colorado River is 3,000 feet down vertical walls and the canyon is a mile wide at that point. There are truly no words to describe the majesty, the feeling of awe and reverence at seeing this amazing feat of Mother Nature and Time. You realize just how small you really are. What a place for contemplation!
